Overseeing RSR Appraisers & Analysts is the father and son team of Bill and Greg Rothman, lifelong residents of the Harrisburg area and practiced in all aspects of the real estate profession.
Greg is a past president of the Central PA Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and serves as a commissioner on the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. He holds the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute, which has long been recognized by courts of law, government agencies, financial institutions, and investors as marks of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis.
Bill, who founded the company in 1970, received his general appraisal certificate in 1991 and has done work for the city of Harrisburg along with municipal, state and federal governments. He was involved in the widening of Dauphin and Lewistown Narrows heading to Penn State and with countless other local highway projects.
Both the state Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission has designated Bill as an approved appraiser for their respective agencies.
